After operating for 6 years in the inner-city district of Shinmachi, Ecchan moved to a new premises in Nakazuma-cho in April 2015. The store pays very careful attention to the quality of their ramen broth, and spend 7~8 hours making gyoza each morning. Side dishes and light snacks are all homemade.
